Comments:

  • Displaced people: refugees and asylum seekers > how to connect, celebrate and share cultural experiences/skills.
  • Gypsy travellers’ culture to be more involved and way of life understood > art, storytelling, music, dance.
  • Continue to do more to support and celebrate diversity and how people can connect through place.
  • Arts Officers to be area specific > Buckie very different from Forres > with activity specific to the area.
  • Culture Bus > available to share!
  • Touring small exhibitions to rural locations.
  • Investment in public transport.
  • Bike share stations.
  • Exhibition tours to venues in Nairn, Elgin, Forres, Findhorn and Inverness.
  • Voluntary mini bus.
  • When advertising classes/activities, providing transport information and links is really useful for young people who don’t know how to take initiative.
