Culture Cafe Exchange is not your usual conference. It’s an unconference. It’s democratic and engaging, and your contribution is way more important than the keynote speech. Roanne Dods is this year’s facilitator, who will lead the discussions. Expect networking, good food/drink and conversation about what matters to you.

About Culture Cafe Exchange:
Culture Cafe Exchange was launched in 2015 by Bodysurf Scotland as part of the Moray Culture Cafe initiative. Built upon the unconference* model (recognised the world over for its ability to help ordinary people create extraordinary results), it’s a place to share ideas, exchange knowledge and engage in interesting, topical and timely conversations.
* An unconference is a participant driven gathering that avoids the typical constraints of a conventional conference. It may, for example, exclude presentations or prevent the agenda from being decided from the top down. Many unconferences use the Open Space Technology model, developed in the 1980s in response to an observation that at traditional conference, the coffee breaks are the best part.
