Interested in international? Curious about Quebec? Like to share your interests and artistic practice over coffee and croissants? Then come along to The Bike Bothy, Forres High Street, and start the week in a stimulating style.

This Culture Cafe Breakfast, with an international flavour, coincides with Paysage Mixtes / Mixed Landscapes, a North East of Scotland / Quebec cultural exchange, and visit by Quebec choreographer and artistic Director of Le Fils d’Adrien danse, Harold Rheaume. This multi-layered creative project is designed to create and strengthen cultural links between artists and organisations living and working in North East Scotland and Quebec City.

Mixed Landscapes / Paysage Mixtes is a research and partner building project between Moray screen dance artist Katrina McPherson, choreographer Karl Jay-Lewin, Bodysurf Scotland, and Quebec choreographer and Harold Rheaume. Reciprocal visits by the artists will promote their own work and that of other Scottish and Quebec artists. Katrina and Harold will also begin work on a new screen dance work.

The project is made possible through the support of The British CouncilThe Workroom (Glasgow) and Bodysurf Scotland.
